3.1 Tutoring Services: Each tutoring session will be run by Steven Grgas. They will take place on Zoom. Each standard session is one hour and will begin at the scheduled time and end one hour later. If a student wants to book a longer session, they may do so. If the student arrives late to a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. If the tutor arrives late to a session, the student will be guaranteed the extra time during a follow-up meeting, or a partial refund; whatever the student decides. Our online tutoring services offer personalized assistance in understanding mathematical concepts. We aim to provide high-quality tutoring, but we do not guarantee specific results or improvements in academic performance. You may not engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the tutor during a tutoring session.

3.2 Course Content: Our math course provides educational content related to various mathematical topics. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we cannot guarantee its completeness or suitability for your specific needs. The course material is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

3.3 Problem Sets: The problem sets that you purchase are to be designed specifically for your needs, and are intended to be as accurate as possible to what you want. However, this does not guarantee that the problems made for you will reflect the exact nature of what you are looking for. We will do the best we can to design problem sets to match what you want.

3.4 Payments and Refunds: The prices for our online tutoring services, math courses, and problem sets will be clearly displayed on our website. Payments are due before accessing the scheduling tutoring sessions, courses, or problem sets. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.

4. Discussion Board

4.1 User Content: Our discussion board allows students who have purchased our course to engage in academic discussions. You agree to use the discussion board responsibly and respect the rights of others.
