This Refund Policy explains our guidelines for refunds in relation to the purchase of math courses and the cancellation of tutoring lessons. 1. Math Courses

1.1 Non-Refundable: All math courses purchased through our website are non-refundable. Once you have purchased a math course, you will have access to download the course content, and therefore, refunds cannot be provided.

   2. Online Tutoring Services

2.1 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring lesson, we require notice to be given before 12:00 AM (midnight) on the day of the scheduled lesson to avoid any cancellation fees.

2.2 Cancellation Fee: In the event that you cancel a tutoring lesson after 12:00 AM on the day of the scheduled lesson, a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged. This fee is intended to compensate the tutor for the time allocated for the lesson.

   3. Problem Sets

3.1 Cancellation Policy: There is a 2 hour window within the time of purchase of the problem set that allows for a full refund. Cancellation of a problem set request is not permissible after 2 hours of the purchase, and the problem set will be non-refundable. This is due to the chance that we may be working on it already, and a cancellation will result in an inconvenience for us. Therefore, a problem set cancellation request after 2 hours will result no refund, and you will not receive a problem set.

   4. Refund Process

4.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to cancellations of tutoring lessons made before 12:00 AM on the day of the scheduled lesson. Math courses are non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Request: To request a refund for a cancelled tutoring lesson made within the eligible timeframe, please contact us here. Provide your name, the date and time of the cancelled lesson, and any relevant details.

4.3 Refund Processing: If your refund request meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5.1 Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties on our website or with our online tutoring platform that prevent the delivery of a tutoring lesson, we will work with you to reschedule the lesson or provide a refund per your request.
